There's something fun for everyone – all ages, all levels and all interests. From low-impact exercise and SilverSneakers® classes, Yoga and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and kickboxing, you’ll find a group class that's fun, supportive and keeps you moving.
Living healthy is about spirit, mind and body at every age and stage. From Fitness Basic Assessments and Body Composition Testing to caring and dedicated wellness coaches offering support along the way, the Y helps you set a course to a healthier lifestyle.
Everyone needs the advice of an expert sometimes, as well as the personal attention that comes with a trainer or coach. Wellness 101 and Personal Training coaches help you set and meet your specific goals in order to live healthier.
What would the Y be without water? Fitness Swim, Older Adult Water Exercise and swim lessons are some of the water-based activities you’ll find at the Y where we believe if you can do it on land, you can do some version of it in the water!
