I understand this agreement and have read it carefully before signing. I acknowledge and accept that all volunteers are subject to criminal history checks & sexual offender registry checks. I hereby authorize the obtaining of consumer reports or investigative reports, aka background checks, by Akron Area YMCA at any time after the receipt of this authorization and throughout my volunteer time if applicable. I understand that I am expected to conduct myself in a manner that exhibits the YMCA's core values of honesty, caring, respect & responsibility and will be held responsible for my behavior & conduct.
