Why Give to the Y?

Everyone knows the Y as a place to camp, swim, or exercise. Yet, the Y is so much more. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, we provide crucial programs and services to more people every year. The money raised stays in our community to help our community.

In the midst of a Global Pandemic, the Akron Area YMCA has--

SERVED 5,787 YOUTH IN OUR PROGRAMS, INCLUDING 1,282 DAY CAMPERS AND 523 OVERNIGHT CAMPERS
