Session are scheduled year round. You can request a personal training session at the Front Desk of your branch. The Health & Wellness staff will get back to you to verify the days/times of your choice as well as get a bit more info about your fitness goals.
NOTE: The 1-hour session cannot be split into (2) 30 minute sessions.
