Our Preschool Programs are:
- Taught by teachers committed to giving your child a wonderful experience in preperation for the eventual move into a kindergarten classroom.
- We focus on building pre-writing and reading skills as well as the development of large and fine motor skills.
- Counting, shape sorting, and matching patterns to help build stronger math skills.
- Using creatve curriculum to help children learn healthy ways to resolve conflict and recognize feelings and relationships.

Registration takes place at each individual child care center. You are encouraged to take a tour of the center, meet the staff and see if the location meets the needs of your family. During the tour, the Director will give you a registration packet to complete.
The cost of our child care is the same for all of our centers. Currently our rates are $245/week for Infants; $215/week for Toddlers; $205/week for Preschool. Part-time rates are available.
Our Early Care & Education Centers will accept children as young as 6 weeks old.
All of our Early Care and Education Centers are highly rated (5 stars) from the stringent State of Ohio "Step up to Quality" standards. Our professional staff continually works to keep up-to-date with all state educational requirements, assuring that every child in our care is surrounded by a nurturing environment with an emphasis on safety, parent peace-of-mind and Kindergarten readiness.
Our Centers do accept public funding. However, it is up to the family to work with the local Jobs and Family Services location or contact ssp.benefits.ohio.gov to apply for these services while meeting meet the necessary qualifications. Securing the okay from the State of Ohio needs to be done before applying to the Center, should the public funding benefit be sought for child care.
We want everyone to have the chance to benefit from our Y Child Care. If you wish to use our Sliding Scale, please visit the desired location and bring your recent tax statement or OWF/TANF/SNAP documents/cards and a written letter explaining your need. Our staff can approve a discounted rate. If you do not have your 1040s OWF/TANF/SNAP documents/cards, our director review process may take 2 weeks.
